HLM Safety and Environmental Services was founded by Hope Matheny. Serving as a Certified Safety Professional and Environmental Manager in the construction industry for over 25 years, Hope has gained extensive workplace and environmental safety experience while supporting supervisors in the workplace to achieve a safe workplace for their employees and remain compliant with regulations.
Her passion is to provide Performance Coaching and Mentorship to safety professionals in the construction industry. Anyone can be the catalyst to a safer workplace with the right tools and an effective approach.
